The BEDC Multi-Tenant Center is located in the City of Bradford, McKean County, PA. The 35,000 sq. ft. Butler-type building was built in 2000. Measuring approximately 125' x 280', the building is divided into three cells with one cell containing 15,000 sq. ft. and two cells containing 10,000 sq. ft. each. Each cell has a loading dock and restroom facilities. Building construction allows for the capability of adding on if necessary. All cells are separately metered for all utilities. The Multi-Tenant Center is owned by the Bradford Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) and is managed by the Office of Economic and Community Development. The purpose of the Center is to provide space for local companies to meet their expansion needs or to attract new companies to the area. Currently the entire building is leased to Precision Fabrication and Controls, Inc., an electrical integration and metal fabrication company that services material handling and manufacturing industries. They have the unique advantage of designing/fabricating the equipment and then installing to the required control systems.
