Project Management

Over the years, the City of Bradford’s Office of Economic and Community Development has taken on many projects to help revitalize the Bradford area. These projects have included both economic and community redevelopment, community revitalization, and new constructed facilities that enhance the quality of life for the Bradford community.  Construction of Phase IV of the City’s Gateway Improvement Projects (S. Davis Street) has recently been completed.  The project involved new curbing, sidewalks and ADA accessibility, new trees, lighting, and gateway signage at the entrance to the historic district. The OECD is also proud to partner with other area agencies to assist them in obtaining funding. Those agencies include the Bradford YMCA, the Bradford YWCA and the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
