The project is being accomplished through funding from several sources including: the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Redevelopment Capital Program, Appalachian Regional Commission, City of Bradford, Community Development Block Grant Program, PennDOT-Tap, Philo & Sarah Blaisdell Foundation and Zippo Manufacturing Company.
