The Holley Avenue Multi-Tenant Center is located in the City of Bradford, McKean County, PA. The 55,000 sq. ft. structure is located on 1.7 acres and zoned for light manufacturing. The original brick frame building was constructed in the early 1900's with steel additions constructed in 1973, 1980 and 1985.
